The representative of His Highness the Amir, His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah met with His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of the Kingdom of Bhutan, in the capital Tokyo. His Majesty asked about the health of His Highness the Amir as he arrived back to Kuwait after his treatment in the United States and wished him good health and wished the people of the State of Kuwait all the progress and development under the wise leadership of His Highness. His Highness Sheikh Nasser also conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait to His Majesty the King and to the people of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
